Well, the holiday break is over and we are getting back into the swing of things for the New Year! We have a few teacher workdays and holidays this month, so be sure to mark them on your calendars as full daycare days! Make sure your students come to school well dressed to go outside in the cold. It is supposed to be in the 30s some days! By law, if there is not active precipitation, we are required to go outside for at least 15 minutes in the morning and evening. If you have any further questions, you can ask your child's teacher. Feel free to donate items to your child's class this month. We would love toys that are no longer played with, Halloween costumes that are too little, and movies that you no longer watch or have the VHS for. Have a wonderful and awesome January!!!

Monday, January 16: (Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday) Schoolagers will have a movie day at school. They may bring movies and DS players.

Friday, January 20: (Teacher Workday) Schoolagers will be going bowling The cost is $6 for bowling and lunch.

Hey Parents!  My name is Aaron Pannell.  I am 22 years old, and love working with kids.  I am looking forward to working with your child this year.  I have been working with children for seven years now, and I hope to see each child succeed in school.  I have worked for 4 years at the Spears YMCA as a camp counselor, and I have also worked as an afterschool care teacher at Center United Methodist Church for three years.  I am studying Early Childhood Education at GTCC.
