Testimonials from Parents -
"Comfort and peace of mind are words to describe Oak Ridge Weekday School. My son, Nicholas, loves coming to school everyday. That is a huge accomplishment from someone who is attached to his mom at the “hip”. I believe he loves to come to school everyday because not only is he loved and taken care of, but he must be having fun!"
"On the weekend, Nicholas asks if he has school and when I tell him no, he is upset because he can’t wait to see his teacher and his friends. I love the fact that he learns about Jesus and says the blessing every day. Thanks to everyone for making me feel like Nicholas is safe and cared for and thanks from Nicholas because he loves his school!"
"One of my children has been at Oak Ridge Weekday School for over five years. I can honestly say, I have been so happy with the care all the teachers have shown him. He has learned and grown so much, largely in part of the Weekday School. They have taught him educationally, socially, and emotionally. I am happy to have such a caring place to leave my children while I am at work. It is like leaving him with family members."

WHAT ORWS MEANS TO ME……..Oak Ridge Weekday School means many things to us as parents. It leads our children through many transitional stages from infancy to preschool, while offering so much more than “just a daycare.” It means peace of mind, love, kindness, care, growth, encouragement and family. It means “above average” childcare where our children are given the tools and exposure to opportunities for learning and becoming active, loving and well adjusted individuals.
The peace of mind is knowing that while we are focused on work schedules and daily demands our children are well taken care of by a very caring group, not just one teacher, but many who work together to insure the safety, education, and social development of our children. Together the staff offers our children the love, support and care they need on a daily basis.
The love, kindness and care that are evident every time you walk through the doors of the Weekday School are the foundations upon which the school is based. The school takes our children, as well as us parents, through each step in the process of their growth with kindness, patience and encouragement. The children in this school go from bottle feeding to meals in the high chair; from lying on a soft carpet, to crawling among the toys to steady steps and learning activities; from diapers to potty training; from singing the ABC’s to finally graduating from preschool and having developed social, academic and civil skills necessary to become a successful student of a Kindergarten Class. Oak Ridge Weekday School is a family who is helping to raise our children.
